There are no refunds issued for training already done, or for boarding. You may receive follow up training, additional training by phone, Zoom, or in person. You may fully take advantage of the lifetime training assistance policy.

A service is the product, and once a service is rendered, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product. This is the reason you are given lifetime support. It is on YOU to continue doing fifteen minutes of training every day at home to keep your dog in good working form. Much of the training is completely lost if you do not continue the training at home. Dogs are not "fixed: of any behaviors if you do not continue working with them at home!

All dogs are different, and results will vary depending on breed, age, and even how committed you are to the training at home. We do not do grooming here, so understand that a breed with exceptionally thick or curly coats will be in need of professional grooming after a lengthy boarding stay. While this should be common sense, I am forced to remind people, in writing, that 18 inches of snow means that your dog is going to squat to pee and invariably get urine on themselves in small amounts. If you want them to have a bath before coming home, this is an upcharge of $20. If you want their nails clipped, and they are not aggressively opposed to it, this is now a $10 fee.

I am a trainer, not a groomer. Doodles require considerable grooming. If you want them brushed daily, you need to supply a brush to do this with. I do not keep a supply of every type of brush and comb for all breeds of dogs---because I am not a groomer.
